This can be accomplished by performing a Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) based in vitro endotoxin detection assay such as Pyrochrome\u00ae.<\/p>\n<p>This 96 well microplate based kinetic chromogenic assay is accomplished through numerous pipetting steps required for the preparation of the standard curve positive and product controls (PPCs).
